Is Your Student Ready to Drive?

Please complete THIS FORM to request the Kentucky School Compliance or No Pass / No Drive form for student driver's license permits.

To qualify for the School Compliance Form, you must:

• Be between 15 and 17 years old
  (Eligibility based on your date of birth)

• Have fewer than 9 unexcused absences
  (Based on attendance from the previous semester: August–December or January–May)

• Be passing at least 5 out of 7 academic classes
  (Also determined by grades from the previous semester)

Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your request. We will complete the Compliance Form and have it available for your student in the front office.
